Senior citizens over the age of 65 (since 1 January 2022) can travel on buses, trams and trains with all hourly tickets and 24-hour tickets in the Styrian joint tariff at around 38 percent cheaper.

The ÖBB Vorteilscard Senior in combination with a photo ID is required as proof of entitlement – regardless of which means of transport you use.

Tip: If you make frequent and regular journeys, we recommend buying a full fare group ticket (weekly, monthly or annual ticket) right away. This could be cheaper than buying reduced-price senior tickets individually.
