First flight to Mykonos!

The summer can be extended not only with the flights to the popular Greek island that started today. Many other warm-water destinations will also be directly accessible from Graz Airport in the coming weeks.
This morning, the first flight of the new short-haul route from Graz Airport to Mykonos took place. Springer Reisen, in cooperation with Avanti Air, offers attractive holiday packages to the picturesque Cycladic island. With flights from Graz Airport to destinations such as Larnaca, Kefalonia, Corfu and Brac, summer can be comfortably extended in the coming weeks.
‘In September, we can still offer around 15 beach destinations from Graz,’ says Wolfgang Grimus, Managing Director of Graz Airport. ‘For last-minute travellers, the Mediterranean region in particular offers pleasant temperatures and guaranteed sunshine in late summer. Until the end of October or beginning of November, there are still flights to Palma de Mallorca, Larnaca, Antalya and Hurghada, among other destinations.’
Gruber Reisen has launched interesting special flights to Bari, Malaga, Paphos in Cyprus and Seville for October, and from 5 October onwards, there will be flights to Las Palmas in Gran Canaria every Sunday throughout the winter.
Speaking of winter: even in the cold half of the year, sun-seekers can rely on direct flights to warmer climes from Graz Airport: In addition to Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Antalya and Hurghada are also on the schedule.
Via hubs to the south and around the world
Of course, in autumn there will also be numerous flights, some several times a day, to the major transfer airports of Frankfurt, Istanbul, Munich, Vienna, Zurich and Düsseldorf. Berlin and Hamburg are also available for city breaks, and from 21 November London will be added to the selection.
