FAQs re­wards

  • No. All discounts are handled directly by the respective organisers.

  • Sturm Graz provides sectors (Sector 23 and 24) to rewards customers of Holding Graz. All tickets that are acquired within the framework of the “1+1 promotion” are tickets for these sectors.

  • No, a discount can only be used once per event.

  • No. Specifically: If the travel card expires on 31 December, no ticket can be used before 31 December for an event on 1 January or later.

  • Holding Graz is in ongoing negotiations with other cooperation partners. The list of rewards is therefore being continuously updated.

  • No, as this is a promotion from Holding Graz, it is restricted to tickets valid in Zone 101.

Cannot be paid out in cash. Cannot be combined with other promotions. The reward/discount can only be redeemed on presentation of your valid travel card. Only one reward/discount can be redeemed per travel card and per event. Offers apply as long as supplies last. The judges’ decision is final. Subject to changes and typesetting errors.
